HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT DUE MONDAY JUNE 9:

We will be starting our last segment of new material next class. It will be a brief lesson series on the Cold War. You will be responsible for understanding the content of "The Cold War” period of Modern World History (1945-1990) on your own and we will make sense of the material in class together. To prepare for our first class on The Cold War, you will need to complete the following 4 tasks.

2. To manage the content we will create a deck of slides on a google presentation. We will make a slide for each key moment/person/event/idea in The Cold War. Think of this as your “knowledge warehouse.”

Demonstrate your understanding by completing your assigned “slide” entry on google docs. You should include the basic, but essential, information on your topic. You may format your slide as you wish. When you open the presentation you will find your name on the slide you are responsible for.

3. Prepare a list of questions for things you do not understand for Wednesday. We will complete any holes in our understanding of the narrative of The Cold War on Wednesday.

4. Bring in any insights/observations as possible leads for our discussion in the following class.
