You will be responsible for understanding the content of the “War on Terror” period of American Foreign Policy (2001-present). To do that you will complete the following 4 tasks.
1. Review as many of the following resources as needed to understand the story of this period in time:

Please do a targeted search based on the topics you do not understand
2. To manage the content we will create a deck of slides on a google presentation. We will make a slide for each key moment/person/event/idea in the war on terror. Think of this as your “knowledge warehouse.”
Demonstrate your understanding by completing your assigned “slide” entry on google docs. You should include the basic, but essential, information on your topic. You may format your slide as you wish. When you open the presentation you will find your name on the slide you are responsible for.
3. Prepare a list of questions for things you do not understand for next class. We will complete any holes in our understanding of the narrative on the war on terror.
4. Bring in any analytical insights/observations as possible leads for our discussion on Lesson 2.
